Yes — Lite, Starter and Plus upgrades are self-serve from your billing page. Enterprise upgrades go through a short onboarding call so we can walk you through payroll setup and accounts payable. Downgrades happen at the end of the current period.
You keep read-only access for 7 days after the paid period ends. After that, we auto-downgrade Starter/Plus/Enterprise plans to Lite (your data stays intact, higher-tier features become read-only). Full account deletion only happens after 90 days of no payment, with three warning emails along the way.
